Celebration of Student Writing gifts

Worcester Public Schools students published in It’s Lit! were honored on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the Durkin Administration Building. It's Lit! is an annual celebration of student writing and all students in preschool through Grade 12 were encouraged to submit original, not previously published creative works such as poems, memoirs, and short stories.

Stand For The Silent At NCC

On Friday April 29th, Dr. James A. Caradonio New Citizens Center took part of the “Stand for the Silent" Day. Stand for the Silent is one of the leading and most effective anti-bullying organizations, whose mission is to bring awareness to bullying and the real devastation it causes. Students learned more about what they can do to prevent bullying and took part in reciting the Stand for the Silent pledge.
